I just checked that website. Not only are they valued added, they’re best-in-class, trusted, innovative, responsive, and mission focused. If only they were synergistic I’d be calling.
Too often I see a wonderful-sounding description of what an organisation offers, using all the 'right' words combined in a plausible order - and I have no idea what it actually does and who it really helps!

I gave it a google. There is a “Value Added Solutions, Inc.” in South Carolina. A 16-hour trip one way, which only furthers your point.
